About Maisie

Hello! My name is Maisie and I am a patient and conscientious care provider with nine years of experience. Respect is the number one thing I try to embody in my approach to care, and I strive to balance warmth and professionalism while providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children I watch. I have worked with kiddos ranging from birth to 12 years old in a variety of contexts, but the majority of my experience is in private, in-home care with 0-5-year-olds. I am CPR and first aid certified including infant-specific protocols, and have completed doula and newborn care trainings. I also have a degree from OSU in Spanish. I love gardening, animals, art, reading, and cooking, and incorporate these things into developmentally appropriate activities and play. I am committed to screen-free care and have a particular passion for kids books; I have many of my own and love to bring them to share! I have a wealth of references and am happy to answer any questions you have! Thanks.
