I love being around children and love working with kids. It is one of my life's biggest happiness to be around children. I have been a part time nanny for the past 10 years and have had wonderful working relationships with very loving families. I am very understanding but firm with energetic children or when kids express negative behavior. I believe every child is unique and I can always learn something new from a child. I have experience working with infants up to 4-year-old. I also adore infants and can change diapers, feed, burp and bathe babies. My favorite part of working with young children is helping them learn, explore, and have fun through enriching arts and crafts, games, and short lesson plans. I am also comfortable with creating routine and following the daily schedule of every child based on the need and want of the parents.
