About Maile

Hello I'm Maile! I'm 20 years old and have been working in childcare for 2 years as a daycare teacher. Some of my responsibilities were to plan curriculum (crafts, games, etc.), to teach the class as a whole as well as individuals. I also have been babysitting my students for the past 2 years as well. My skills include problem solving, gentle parenting, leadership, and I excel in special needs. I do have experience with all children from the ages of 3-16. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, caring, empathetic, and driven. I love working with kids because I love watching their minds grow and teaching them to be the best person they can be. I have an associates in early childhood education and I'm CPR and first aid certified. I do have nanny experience with parents who work from home!
