Tried to hire her twice. The second time she said, she'd make herself available. And I confirm my plans as we continue to talk over the next couple of days, making her feel comfortable much of the conversation was repeated because of the time prior and after going through all of these steps, she still canceled the day before after saying she would make herself available.. We have one independent son and pay $20/hr. She missed out on a great family and she made me cancel my plans twice.
