About Mahailia

A family friend of mine is a broker, and she helps families receive staff to support their children. I have worked with a family myself and witnessed how helping others can bring peace, comfort, and security to families. I want to carry that same level of care, patience, and support over to Care. com so I can continue making a positive difference in people's lives. I'd describe my personality as patient, calm, and observant. I enjoy helping others and creating supportive environments where people feel comfortable and respected. My experience helping children with disabilities taught me compassion, communication, and the importance of creating a safe environment for the people I care for. In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks, going to the gym, cooking, shopping, and spending time with friends. I genuinely care about making others feel supported and understood.
