About Maggie

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, empathetic, and open-minded! I like working with kids because they are the future, and they're full of surprises. They soak up the world around them like sponges and surprise me every day with their personalities and resilience. I'm looking for a job that nurtures my passion and skills for caregiving and connects me with a family and children who are ready to learn, play, and work together to grow! I started working with kids when in high school, as a babysitter and part-time helper to my older sister's out-of-home nanny service. In my spare time, I like to spend time in nature, study history and astronomy, forage, read, craft, bake, and make music! I'm a jack of all trades with endless interests. One thing you should know about me is I know some ASL and can teach children useful signs. My skills include multi-tasking, problem solving, and utilizing conscious discipline-based curriculum activities.
