About Maggie

Hello! I was brought up on a small organic farm in Maine and I was homeschooled and attended a homeschooling enrichment school for pre-k through 4th grade so I am well acquainted with homeschooling, and alternative education techniques including Waldorf and Montessori. I spent the past couple of years studying early childhood education at Hampshire College and I would love to be a preschool teacher someday. I love working with kids of all ages. I have experience in classrooms and home settings. I interned at an elementary aged classroom for a full year creating art lesson plans every week. This past summer I babysat for a family with 4 kids a few days a week with kids ages 3, 5, 7, and 9.
