Hi! My name is Maggie and I am a former teacher seeking a part time position. My bachelor's degree is in Early Childhood Education and I have also completed coursework with a focus on special education. I have been working with children for over 10 years. In addition to teaching Kindergarten, I have volunteered in preschools, tutored, babysat from kids as young as a newborn to a middle schooler with Autism, taught Special Education summer school, worked at several different camps, and much more! I am looking for a part-time child care position to stay busy for the summer before moving internationally for a few months. Maggie has watched and cared for my 16 month old for over a year. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. She always arrived on time and was ready to engage, care for, and love my child from the moment she walked in. She is great with following our routines but also knew how to handle any situation that our little one threw at her. In addition, anytime the baby would nap, she was sure to tidy up, load/unload the dishwasher, and add a helping hand where it was needed. It was truly delightful to have Maggie as our sitter!
