My passion for childcare stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of caring for children and helping them grow. I am known for my patient and calm demeanor, which creates a welcoming atmosphere for children to feel comfortable and secure. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preference. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I gently guide children towards appropriate behavior and safety.
