About Maera

My name is Maera, I am 20 years old and I am deeply caring, patient, and passionate about the work that I do! I am currently working in a daycare setting, and am responsible for children from 6 weeks to 9 years! All ages share the same space and each child is accommodated based on their individual needs and age-specific care requirements. I have been responsible for up to 10 children on my own, and am confident in my ability to adapt to the needs of multiple children of different ages. My current role includes caring for infants, toddlers, and school aged children in an integrated setting, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized space at all times, preparing meals and bottles for all of the children in my care, frequent diaper changes for all babies and assistance with potty training at the parents' request, leading and engaging in age appropriate activities for all of our age groups, early education, and fostering a safe, loving, and fun environment for our little ones!
