We hired Kaela to watch our 13-month-old son for one week when we had a gap in childcare. My husband and I were immediately drawn to her cheerful and warm personality. We were nervous about how our son would react to meeting her because we had never hired a babysitter before, but he crawled straight to her on the first day and they developed a great bond throughout the week. Kaela was punctual, kept our son right on schedule for naps/snacks/meals, communicative, tidy, did a lot of fun activities, and overall took wonderful care of our son. Her past experience with children was apparent. We will absolutely work with her again!
