About Madison

I'd describe my personality as understanding, reliable, and patient. I like working with kids because it's exciting to engage and understand each child's personality and interests, as well as accommodations and needs! I'm looking for a job that is part-time, I am available M/W/F + Weekends. I started working with kids in 2023 at a behavioral school in Chandler Unified District for before and after school care. I have experience with behavioral and special needs children, and am able to accommodate and adapt well to their personal needs and also am big on positive redirection rather than negative enforcement. In my spare time I like to work out, cook/try new foods, as well as enjoy time with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I am always looking to create a fun space, while maintaining a safe environment. My skills include tidy'ing up toys as needed, problem solving, as well as redirecting children to follow rules in a productive and fun way.
