I hold a degree in Psychology with a strong focus on early childhood development, which gives me a meaningful understanding of infant needs, attachment, and growth -- not just from experience, but from education as well. I also have specialized training in sleep training, helping babies build healthy, restful sleep habits with consistency and gentle care. As a mom of two boys, I know firsthand how overwhelming the newborn stage can be, especially overnight. That personal experience, combined with my professional background, means I bring both empathy and expertise to every family I work with.
