Hi, I'm Maddy! I am a bubbly, intuitive, and positive person who thrives in the high-energy environment kids create. My journey started at 14 as a lifeguard and swim instructor; later, I mentored middle schoolers and coached children on the Autism spectrum. These roles helped me develop high emotional intelligence and a gift for meeting a child's unique needs. While I spent several years in professional management, I'm excited to be returning to my true passion: childcare. My background in social work studies makes me a patient, gentle listener who navigates "big feelings" with ease. Your child's safety is my top priority; I am CPR certified, have a clean driving record, and am happy to help with transport to activities or light housework to keep your home running smoothly. Outside of work: I'm a former competitive swimmer and a homebody who loves my cat. I hold a culinary certificate and love cooking healthy meals, reading, or spending time with my family!
