I believe children thrive when they are given the opportunity to explore the world around them in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. I enjoy creating opportunities that help children develop independence and confidence through everyday activities and age-appropriate experiences. One of my biggest priorities is making sure every child feels loved, heard, and understood, while building a trusting relationship through open communication. I also value encouraging strong language and communication skills, especially when helping children navigate challenging or overwhelming situations. I have been a Nanny on/off for the past 5 years but have had experience all together for 3 years. I have also spent 2. 5 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have worked with children who have autism preparing them to transfer into a school setting. I have also worked for 2 years of my nanny experience as a special needs nanny, providing a variety of services throughout my career
