We hired Madison as a nanny and were disappointed. She worked only 1.5 days — called out due to minimal snow on the first day (came late because I asked) and then resigned without notice. We welcomed her into our home and trusted her with our children (who seemed to be adapting well) but her reliability and professionalism did not meet the standards needed for childcare. We would not recommend her for roles requiring consistency.
