Hello! My name is Maddy and I am full time nursing student (1 semester left!) looking for extra hours to work while in school. I am CPR certified (Red Cross and American heart) and have babysat children of all ages, ranging from 4 weeks to 17 years. I have two big dogs that I spend most of my time with, and also enjoy fishing, hiking, and art. I am a type 1 diabetic and volunteered with the learning academy at USF (for autism), so I am very aware of working with kids who have any kind of disability. I understand how nerve wracking it can be leaving kids with a stranger, and have no problem proving my license, background information, or stopping by prior for a quick meet and greet! I have completed numerous courses for Child Care per USF requirements, and currently attending clinicals for women, children, and family at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
