I have medical experience with complex cases, I grew up going to work with my mom learning about mitochondrial disease and seizure treatment. When I went to high school I chose to go to a vocational high school and get my CNA license, however I have not renewed it for personal reasons- but I still have all the education and background! I've worked in homecare since June of 2019, I first worked with a deaf 7-year-old who had behavioral issues and complex respiratory disease, after which for three years I worked with a quadriplegic woman for three years. Throughout my life I have done paid babysitting for family, taking care of newborns, infants, toddlers, and watching them grow up. I also enjoy cleaning and organizing, and when I'm caring for anyone I prefer a gentle, caring, and communicative approach. I have been told I'm very kind, and I'm very loyal to those I work for! I'm always open to on-call shifts and extra shifts wherever a family may need it.

Madison worked for me for about 6 months and she was also my first caregiver. She really set the bar high because i haven’t been able to find someone as good as her since. As someone with complex medical conditions in my 30s i have had difficultly accepting the help i need but Madison made this very easy to ask for help. She made me feel comfortable and supportive while navigating this new state of functioning that i haven’t had to deal with thus far. She has great communication and kept my family up to date when needed. She was great at advocating to doctors and providing moral support at appointments. She helped a lot with my dog who trusted and took to her right away which i can’t say about everyone. Madison is very mature for her age which showed in her position working with me. She was very professional when needed to be but could also make light of a given situation which was really helpful to me when having a lot of stress around my health at such a young age. I would consider Madison family after just knowing her for less than a year. You will not be disappointed having Madison work for your family. She was very adaptable so would be great with all ages and needs. - LS
