About Madison

I have 10 years of childcare experience, 5 of which were spent nannying 5 energetic kids ranging from 6 months - 9 years old. I aim to value and respect every child's sense of self, autonomy, and expression. I also understand the delicate balance between play and discipline, and how both help the development of happy and productive people, which is why I have no problems aiding in school work, household chores, and whatnot!
