About Madison

For the past eight years, I have been immersed in the world of childcare. Currently, I work as a paraeducator, supporting children with special needs. I'm passionate about fostering growth and development in young minds. I am patient, creative, and dedicated to providing nurturing care. I have experience with children aged newborn to 11. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My background includes some college, Early Childhood Education (ECE), and Early Child Development coursework. I also hold First Aid Training. I enjoy playing educational games and am happy to engage in crafts and light housekeeping. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and always prioritize clear communication with parents, whether through written daily reports or verbal updates. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car. I'm eager to bring my enthusiasm and skills to your family this summer, creating a fun and enriching experience for your children!
