I've been babysitting all my life, being the oldest grandchild and sibling, but it didn't become a job until high school/college. I love working with kids and have volunteered for the past 9 years working in kid ministry at my church. Madi was an amazing nanny who truly connected with our 1.5-year-old. She encouraged early speaking, prioritized reading, and ensured he got plenty of exercise and rest. Her presence, though brief at three months, made a lasting impression. We highly recommend her!
