Madison has been life-changing for our family! She is someone I fully trust with my son and soon-to-arrive daughter. She is responsible - she has her own car seat, keeps our space tidy, and addresses potential issues or concerns before they arise. She truly enjoys caring for our son, and finds ways to keep his afternoons enriching and engaging without being over the top. She is a strong communicator (as an adult, but also in interpreting and speaking with my 22 month old son) and a joyful spirit. I'm very grateful she is part of our village!
