I have known Madison since October 2020. The first time I met her, I realized she was wise beyond her years. I was her supervisor at an Academy. When she started, I anticipated about a week of training, like other new employees, but she was a natural and picked up on everything right away. When we needed more help at LCA, she was the first person that came to mind. She made herself available and showed up to help even if she wasn't on the schedule. Madison was always respectful to adults and children alike, while maintaining a professional relationship. I feel and believe that any child who is fortunate enough to be taught, protected and loved by Miss Madison is a very blessed child. She is very good with the kids, has respect for adults and authority, and if she was scheduled to be there, she always showed up! I have the utmost confidence in her judgment and maturity and always felt comfortable leaving any child or group of children in her care. In my opinion, any family or school would greatly benefit from Miss Madison.
