Madi worked with our family for over 3 years! She became like family and my right hand woman! She helped with pick up from school, nap time routine, made healthy snacks, sometimes did dinner and bedtime routine. Madi was punctual and dependable, NEVER calling out sick or not showing up. Her role evolved over the couple of years she worked for us, starting out with an infant and 1 year old, to now a 4 and 5 year old and the occasional dog sitting. She is great at communicating with my little ones, and my girls love and respect her. She makes sure my kids eat healthy and keep to a routine. Most recently she has been teaching my 5 year old how to read and write! She is adaptable with our schedule, my husband and I sometimes leave town with short notice and she is always there to help pick up the pieces! I cannot say enough good things about Madi, she is the best and we will miss her so much in Florida!
