I'd describe my personality as adaptable, empathetic, and inquisitive. Working with kids is fulfilling because they're curious, imaginative, and full of energy. It's rewarding to witness their growth, guide their learning, and see the world through their fresh perspective. Plus, their enthusiasm and authenticity can be contagious! I'm looking for a job that is full time for over the summer and potentially over the school year. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. I have since then worked at two schools as a teachers aide and one school as a teacher. Three top child care skills I have are patience, effective communication, and adaptability. Patience helps in handling various situations calmly, communication ensures understanding and trust between the caregiver and the child, and adaptability allows for adjusting to the child's needs and changing circumstances.
