About Madison

I'd describe my personality as dependable, hardworking, and approachable. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and build confidence. I'm looking for a job that allows me to make a positive impact while building meaningful relationships with children and their families. I started working with kids as a paraprofessional, where I supported students in the classroom and helped them succeed both academically and socially. In my spare time, I like to stay active by coaching softball as an assistant coach and spending time with family!!! One thing you should know about me is that I genuinely care about every child I work with. I strive to create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where children feel valued, supported, and confident. My top three child care skills include creating a safe and positive environment, communicating effectively with children and families, and building strong, trusting relationships.
