Hi there! My name is Maddie and I am an afterschool teacher at Rainbow Community School! This gives me a lot of experience with multiple kids at one time and a lot of different personalities! I am passionate about fostering creativity and joy in every child's journey. I have been babysitting children for 3 years. I really enjoy interacting with the kids and joining in on games and other activities with them. I graduated from UNC Asheville in 2022 with a degree in art. I love come up with new creative projects for children to do. In my spare time I like to work on my own art projects and I also really enjoy baking. I specifically love baking sourdough bread! I am available most from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on weekdays and I am available all day most weekends! I would love to chat with you about potential jobs with your children!

Maddie is a delight, she gave excellent care to our 6 year old and 2 year old. She made them dinner and they loved playing with her. We also have a dog and two cats and Maddie was great with them too. I felt very comfortable trusting Maddie to care for my kids and will not hesitate to ask her to do so again in the future!
