About Madisen

I'd describe my personality as Energetic, Patient, and Caring. I like working with kids because you get to understand them differently. Find a balance with them, and develop trust. They are little geniuses. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, welcoming, and accommodating. I started working with kids when I was 15 and began watching the children in my neighborhood after school. In my spare time, I like to dance, swim, paint and go to the gym. One thing you should know about me is that my priority is making sure ur child/children are protected, cared for, and supported. My skills include Effective communication with the kiddos and the parents. Proper listening to understand clear instructions and directions given by the parents. And Good Judgment that allows me to access emergencies and difficult situations.
