Madisen has become a part of our family. She has done an amazing job caring for our daughter and creating an inviting learning environment in our home. She is very detailed in everything she does and is always considerate. Anytime we provided feedback or wanted to change up the activities she was able to promptly make the change and maintain a positive attitude. Our daughter absolutely adores her and we feel that she is able to create the environment of care, learning, encouragement and development that we were searching for in a nanny. If we weren't my moving we'd have kept working with Madisen until our daughter started school.
