Madilynn worked for us one day a week for 3 weeks total. She texted me 2 days before her last day and told me she had found another job and that week would be her last day. We had taken time to hire her and let her meet our kids and had no idea she was still looking for other jobs. We are now without childcare on very short notice. She also barely interacted with my kids in front of us and my oldest son told me multiple times that she didn't play with him. On her last day, my husband came home in the evening and my oldest son was still in his pajamas and soiled pull up from the night before when we put him to bed. Changing children out of dirty diapers/pull ups and changing them into clean clothes is quite literally the bare minimum of taking care of kids and she could not do that. She told me she "forgot." Had she not given us her notice, we would have let her go after this. Would not recommend of trust her to properly care for your children.
