Hi! I'm Maddie, and I have over 3 years of professional childcare experience through Early Childhood Education and as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I've worked with children of various ages and abilities, creating safe, engaging, and supportive environments where they can learn, grow, and have fun. I'm CPR and ELS certified and prioritize safety while encouraging independence and confidence. I'm patient, dependable, and enjoy crafts, reading, outdoor activities, and creating meaningful connections with the children I care for. Although I'm new to nannying, my professional childcare experience has prepared me to provide compassionate, reliable, and individualized care.
