I am 26 years old. I will be moving to Colorado Springs in September 2024 and am looking for extra babysitting hours (date nights, weekends, etc.) on top of my daytime nanny job. I graduated from Texas A&M in 2020 with a BA in psychology. I have years of experience caring for infants and toddlers as a full time nanny and preschool teacher. I enjoy working with kids of all ages and it is my passion to help provide a safe, joyful and nurturing environment for children. I also have a personal organizing side business where I declutter/purge, organize toys and provide storage help. I would love to talk with you more and send you references if you need. We hired Maddie to babysit our toddler for ongoing date nights, and we are so grateful to have found her! She is very engaging with our son and clearly enjoys playing and goofing off with him. She brought over some books to help him ease into having a babysitter, since this was his first experience being cared for by someone outside of our immediate family. She helped him feel comfortable and, consequently, eased any concerns we had about leaving him with a babysitter. We highly recommend her (but also are hesitant to share her for fear that her calendar will fill up). Thanks, Maddie! Oh, she also had great ideas for ways to help a non-napping toddler enjoy some independent time so that Mom can still get things done around the house!
