About Madelyn

Hi! My name is Maddie, and I'm 20 years old with 5 years of experience working in childcare with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. I'm fully qualified through the Wisconsin Teacher Registry and have a strong background in child development. I'm known for being patient, structured, and dependable, and I have experience supporting children with a variety of needs, including autistic children. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable learning and being themselves. At this time, I provide care exclusively out of my home. While I do not currently have a personal vehicle, I live in a very walkable area and maintain reliable transportation within my community if that is something important to families. I truly enjoy building positive relationships with both children and parents and providing dependable, nurturing care.
