About Madelyn

I like working with kids because I grew up the oldest of my siblings, cousins, and all of my family's friends kids. I was the designated babysitter starting at a young age and developed a love for kids. I find it so rewarding because I can be a positive role model on their lives while at the same time they never fail to brighten my day. Playing games and keeping children entertained brings me just as much joy as it brings them. I started working with kids when I was seven and my little sister was born. I loved helping my parents and by the time I was 10 I started being left home alone with her to watch and by the age of 12 I was watching many young children of families we knew. When I was 13, I started my first job as an assistant to a business called "Creative Canvas" helping out at kids painting parties. I've babysat here and there from then on and also got a job at 16 working at a very family friendly restaurant. I'd describe my personality as energetic, positive, and extroverted.
