About Madelyn

Hello families! I am a graduate student studying speech-language pathology at UConn. I have extensive experience in childcare and special needs care which I have gained through my experience in roles as an infant and toddler teacher in a daycare setting, as a babysitter for a range of ages, and as a caretaker for individuals with disabilities. I currently work as an SLP student clinician providing speech and language services to a range of individuals including children with ASD. I additionally work as an advocate in disability rights and have strong passions for providing family-centered care that works to meet the diverse needs and values of all families. I have experience creating developmentally appropriate curriculum and therapy plans, and I also hold CPR/First-aid, AED, PMT, and HIPAA certifications! | look forward to connecting with you!
