I am a dedicated aging life care professional with experience working with older adults and people with disabilities, including dementia, brain injury, physical disability, and intellectual & developmental disabilities. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist with a focus on dementia care, my services are rooted in evidence-based practices that support holistic quality of life. Meaningful therapeutic engagement can help slow the challenging effects of dementia that are due to impaired physical and cognitive abilities, loss of valued roles, and social isolation.
