Hello, I am currently 24 years old and have been working with children for the past 10 years. I am a very reliable, fun and patient person who has worked with children ages ranging from 3 months- 14 years. I am looking for a part time nannying position and am willing to do some light house work and run errands when needed. My experience includes working in multiple child care centers, in- home nannying as well as several seasons as an MCPS high school coach.

I gave Maddie a trial opportunity to work with us. The position was to entertain/play with my soon-to-be 2 year old for four hours while I work from home. She presented very well at the interview, speaks English fluently, and stated that she had experience with younger toddlers. From my observations, this was not the case. She is very sweet, but was not interactive/dynamic and did not show signs that she knew how to engage with a young toddler. She might be a better fit for an older child who is fully speaking, but I wouldn’t recommend her for a young toddler under 2.
