About Madeline

I have around 4 years of tutoring experience, including 2 years paid experience. For my unpaid experience, I tutored middle schoolers in math through a volunteer program at OSU. I was also a writing tutor at OSU's writing center, which required a strong foundation in the conventions of English writing that are taught in K-12 schools. My most recent job has been as a substitute teacher with CMSD, predominantly in PK-8 schools, but I can and do work with all grades. I have also been in multiple Special Education classrooms. Since the majority of my time is spent in elementary and middle schools, I have had to keep a strong knowledge base of k-8 math and ELA to properly follow teachers' lesson plans and appropriately assist students with their independent work.
