About Madeline

Hi! I'm Madeline, a Rochester, NY native looking to relocate to Brooklyn. I have several years of childcare experience with children ranging from toddlers to elementary school age. I've worked long-term with two families, caring for two sisters from ages 2 and 3 through ages 4 and 5, and a young boy from age 3 through age 4. I also have additional babysitting experience with school-aged children. I'm warm, patient, dependable, and love getting to know each child's unique personality and interests. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, imaginative play, outdoor adventures, and trips to libraries, museums, and parks. Outside of childcare, I'm a freelance journalist and photographer, so creativity and curiosity are a big part of who I am. I love encouraging kids to explore, ask questions, and try new things, and I hope to find a family in Brooklyn or Manhattan with whom I can build a warm and lasting relationship.
