About Madeline

Hi! My name is Madeline and I am looking for a job in childcare this spring and summer. I have 10 years of childcare experience, and absolutely love being around kids! I am 19 years old and in my second year at BYU, studying dance. I have worked as a lifeguard and a dance teacher/choreographer, which has helped me develop skills that are useful in childcare. These skills include CPR training, remaining calm under pressure, determination, and fostering creativity. I also have experience working in retail at Nordstrom, which helped me further develop skills such as organization, customer service, and teamwork. I am passionate about helping children learn and grow in a nurturing environment. I strive to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children feel supported and valued.
