Hello! I have over 10 years experience owning a business in California for residential/commercial cleaning and organization. I work solo in Vegas as I just recently relocated to Spring Valley, I am thorough with excellent recommendations. I provide my own cleaning supplies, but clients must provide their own cleaning utensils. I require each household to provide their own cleaning utensils( mop, vacuum, duster, etc) is a simple measure to keep each clients house cross contamination. I offer interior cleaning: Deep Move-Out Routine I will always do a walk through of the home before giving an estimate of the time it will take for the 1st clean. I require a deposit in person after walk through of 50% before 1st initial cleaning that must be paid in full before cleaning can be booked. It's 100% refundable if cancelled 72 hours in advance. If scheduling less than 72 hours in advance a refund is not available upon cancellation. You will receive a receipt for your deposit. Ty!
