About Madeline

My grandpa died of Alzheimer's and I cared for him. I think it is so important that the elderly are put into situations where their humanity is respected and reinforced when they start needing care. I cared for a woman for 3 years before she passed and we had some wonderful times. My mother runs an old folks home in Boulder CO and I often work for her and get to care for her lovely residents when I go home to visit. I love listening to the residents pontificate about stories they gathered throughout their lives. I enjoy conversing with and asking questions to residents, and I consider myself lucky when I can manage to make them laugh. I look fowards to meeting your family member. :)
