About Madeleine

Hi there! My name is Madeleine and I am a Social Work major at LSU. I realized through social work (and being the oldest sibling out of 5) that I love working with kids and aspire to work with kids as a social worker once I graduate next May. I have 2 years of experience being paid and obtained my CPR certificate from a first aid training course I took in high school and also took courses at LSU about childhood learning and development. I can help with Light Housekeeping or any other extra chores I can help out with such as running errands or buying groceries. I love to cook healthy dinner meals, bake desserts, and find new delicious recipes through Pinterest or my grandma's cookbook! I'm a child at heart myself and love going on bike rides, I also really love going to museums, and I also like staying reading or watching movies! I hope through Care, I can gain even more experience and more skills working and understanding kids with their individualistic needs and unique personalities.
