About Madeleine

As an older sister of two siblings and owner of two fluffy Golden-doodles, child and pet care have always been a part of my life. Since the age of 10, I have helped care for my two dogs from puppy stage to elderly, including walks, feeding, playing, and veterinary events. Though I haven't owned cats yet, I adore them and have interacted with several kittens & full-growns. As far as paid childcare, I've had the experience of babysitting for two families with three children each (ages 6-12) during high school, as well as more recent nannying for two kids under 5. I am versed in caring for children with immuno-deficiencies, anxiety (GAD), and attention deficits. With a reliable vehicle, I can also help out with transportation. To be part of your pet or child's growth is not a responsibility I take lightly, and I hope to be a caring, safe, and fun presence. I'd describe myself as creative, perceptive, & capable, and I enjoy cooking, writing, and spending time with friends and family.
