My name is Madeleine (Maddie). I have a a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and currently pursuing my Master's in Child Development Psychology, I am deeply committed to understanding and nurturing the unique needs of children. My journey in child development began with a desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I believe in creating a supportive and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and express themselves freely. My approach is interactive and engaging, incorporating educational activities, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures to promote learning and development. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure I'm meeting the unique needs of each child and family. In addition to my academic background, I have 8 years of experience working with children of all ages, including those with special needs. I'm skilled in handling various household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
