This woman is a total ace! She is hardworking, patient and very kind! Maddie is a natural in nurture, patience and organization! She has helped organized my kids rooms several times when it all just seemed so overwhelming! But they love her to pieces as well! She always has a smile on her face. I've known Maddie while she worked at an in home daycare since she was in early high school years. She continued to work at the daycare for 13 years! She babysat for my sister and I, along with lots of others on the weekends. She has never been anything less than AMAZING in every way! Pay her well! She's worth every dime!
