About Maddy

Hi! I'm Maddy, a 20-year-old college student studying elementary education with a passion for working with children. I have experience working at a daycare, tutoring children in kindergarten prep, and working with children with special needs, helping create supportive and engaging environments where every child feels safe, understood, and encouraged to grow. Being the 4th of 5 siblings has also taught me patience, responsibility, and how to manage busy environments with kids of all personalities and ages. I'm caring, dependable, organized, and very hands-on, and I truly enjoy building strong connections with both children and families. I have reliable transportation, am comfortable around pets, and am looking for a long-term opportunity with a family I can grow with and support however needed.
