Hired Maddie as our nanny for about 6 months. Unfortunately there were several instances of lack of professional communication that left us without childcare. This included a no call no show, a week long vacation never confirmed in writing, briefly mentioned once months prior, and eventually she stopped texting back and didn’t show up altogether. She was frequently late, even when we tried to be flexible on timing. Overall our son seemed to enjoy her but it was a poor experience.
