About Maddie

I'd describe my personality as fun, compassionate, and dependable. I like working with kids because I find it rewarding to make a positive impact on a child's life and help them grow. Being around kids makes me happy because they have such a unique perspective on the world that is refreshing and inspiring. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. I currently take a child development course at my high school where preschoolers come in a few times a week and we teach them. I also worked at a summer camp for 3-4-year-olds last summer. I absolutely love working with the kids at the camp. I also have experience babysitting. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, do arts and crafts, and spend time with my friends, family, and dogs. My skills include patience, enthusiasm, organization, communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
