About Maddie

I'd describe my personality as Creative, outdoorsy, and optimistic Working with kids has always been one of my true callings in life. Its amazing to show kids the true beauty of the world. In my spare time, I love to swim, go for hikes and I play varsity softball One thing you should know about me is I am a very energetic and fun loving person. I also am a full time college student studying chemistry pre-med with the goal of becoming a pediatric surgeon. My skills include work with children with autism, CPR certified, creativity, and I am also skilled with tutoring. I recently have finished up working at a 7 week over night camp as a Camp Counselor which included 24 hour care of 28 9-year-old girls 2 of which had autism. This was complete around the clock care but also a truly fun experience. This gave me full responsibility over there hygiene, mealtimes, tutoring, and sleeping habits, all the while keeping them entertained and having the best summer ever!
